ORDERS:

Open Minded™ processes and ships items in stock within 24-48 hours – Monday -Friday. If your item is out of stock you will contacted via email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

For whatever reason you’re unsatisfied with your Open Minded™ purchase, please ship back the item(s) and we are happy to exchange it within 30 business days of receipt of shipment. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We will exchange your returned item(s) for any item of choice which is either of the same price, or less. Open Minded™ is not responsible for return shipping charges. Sale merchandise is final.

SHIPPING:

We offer shipping in the flat rate of $5 – via fedex and free domestic ground economy shipping on orders over $100 to the lower 48 states.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer shipping via fedex and ship to most countries. Shipping is free for orders over $250.
Taxes and duties: All customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
